The Embassy of Iceland in Stockholm represents Iceland vis-à-vis Sweden, as well as Cyprus and New Zealand. The role of the Embassy is to represent the interest of Iceland in all respect vis-à-vis in those countries. The mission of the Embassy is also to promote bilateral political, economic, trade, investment and cultural relations between Iceland and the above-mentioned countries. Furthermore, the Embassy protects and assists, when needed, the Icelandic national’s vis-à-vis foreign authorities, institutions and individuals.
